We also collect usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature interactions via server logs and analytics.

  • To improve our machine learning models (using only aggregated, anonymized data — never your identified store data)
  • To send product updates and account notifications

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We are SOC 2 Type II certified. Uploaded CSV files are processed and then deleted from our servers within 90 days unless you opt into long-term storage. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@profitleaksai.com.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ProfitLeaksAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may only upload data you own or have rights to analyze
  • You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
  • You may not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel anytime from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated insights are recommendations only and do not constitute financial advice. ProfitLeaksAI makes no guarantee about the accuracy of analysis results or projected profit recovery figures.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitLeaksAI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.

Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

The Growth plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. The Scale plan has no free trial — billing begins immediately upon subscription.

2. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days.

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of the billing date if you have not used more than 3 uploads or API calls. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

If you experience a material service outage (greater than 24 hours of consecutive downtime) within a billing period, you may request a prorated credit by contacting hello@profitleaksai.com within 7 days.

5. How to Request

Email hello@profitleaksai.com with subject "Refund Request" and your account email. We respond within 2 business days.
